The Belltower, Shadowell, & Trollskull River Secured

Construction beginning/end

Over the course of a series of adventures, the ruins of the Belltower and Shadowell are restored to functional settlements of the Last Rest Territories, with the Belltower operating as a garrison and trade depot overlooking the eastern road, and Shadowell serving as a small port on Serenity Bay. A secure bridge is also constructed over the Trollskull River and a contract of safe passage secured with the troll clans.
