The Vivaldi College of the Arcane, Arts, and Sciences
A scholarly college within the walls of New Baelon. This college has basic practitioners of all the main arcane schools, it also has a bustling art college, engineering college and medical school. Scholars of the Vivaldi College are generally well respected within Anglonia. The college is a large gated campus walled off within the city. A letter of passage is generally required from one of the faculty of the college to gain entrance. Many towers and workshops within the walls are where the classes take place.

A school to study and teach magic, art, science, engineering and medicine.
History
Leonardo Vivaldi created the college early on during the construction of New Baelon. He was a scholar during the Age of Strife and saw value in passing knowledge on to later generations.
