Goddess Constellation

Torva watches over all from her lofty perch.
The Goddess Constellation is comprised of 8 stars, some of the brightest in the Wennovi night sky.
The constellation is named after the goddess of light, Torva. Legend has it that after lending her light to the sun during the day, the goddess takes her rest at night amongst the stars. However, she never truly sleeps, never truly abandons her people. Even in rest, her light eases the darkness while she maintains vigilance over her followers.   The Goddess Constellation is said to shine the brightest on the night of the Magic Lights Festival, a summer festival to celebration Torva.

Paladin Shield

The eastern portion of the Goddess Constellation, the bodice, forms a shield that is said to represent her paladins, or divine knights, tasked with safeguarding her people. It is a symbol of her love, protection, and strength.   While the priestesses and monks of the Torvae Temple of Torverath use images of the sun to acknowledge Torva's strength, the Paladin Order look to the Paladin Shield of the Goddess Constellation as a reminder of the never-ending need to protect others through their divine magic.
