The Foe of Many Faces Returns is a high-stakes political intrigue campaign that follows the real-world counterparts of the fiction book characters from
The Foe of Many Faces. The group must navigate adventuring life as they are unwillingly strewn about as pawns by a corrupt government and the perhaps equally corrupt forces who oppose it. Set in 150AL during the infamous reign of King Amias Lavandin, our heroes work to protect their loved ones from danger in this seedy, malicious kingdom, where no one can be trusted and life as they know it is a stone's throw from collapse.
Threads Between Games
A goal of this campaign was to find and make use of as many ties to other Tiresian Archives stories as possible. Below is a list of other TA games that influenced/connected to the events of
The Foe of Many Faces Returns and what brought those connections about. They are listed in timeline order based on when the events of the game occurred in-world. Special thanks to the TA community who graciously offered up their assistance and creativity to add to the expansiveness and life of Kauvet.
