Jermin House

Jermin House is the residence and operations center for the Jermin family that own the Jermin Hill Mine and much of the Town of Dunhill. Located in the southern wall of the Dunhill Cut, near the town wall's southern extent, it is a very large and rambling complex of buildings and rooms built both on and in the hillside.

Constructed over the course of the last 90 years, the House is about 40% subterranean and the remainder is traditional masonry construction built out from the face of the hillside. Built in three distinct "wings", it is a very large complex of rooms, vaults, towers and stairways that nearly covers several acres of land.

Purpose / Function

Residence and offices of the Jermin Family of Dunhill. It consists of three distinct wings: the residence hall, the Company hall, and a mostly underground structure known as the "Docks".
