Eladrin

General Summary

24th of Thorom
After leaving the ship, the group heads east but stop for the night to avoid a storm and continue in the morning.

25th of Thorom
Moving in the morning, the party comes upon a cratered field. While investigating, they rile up a nest of giant wasps. Slowly backing away, they narrowly avoid a fight and press on until night falls. Daegon senses the witch's beacon and the Eladrin in the same direction but far enough away that they set up camp again. When camp is set, a noxious smell wafts through. Acteronis, Braylon and Kalden go to find the source and discover the carcass of a giant monster that had been struck by lightning during the previous night's storm.

26th of Thorom
Late the next day, the party finds themselves near the mountain range and after poking around, the rock face seems to open to expose a long winding tunnel. As they proceed down the hall, they finally find a large, seemingly empty cavern. Braylon yells out into the darkness and an faint voice answers as an old Eladrin man emerges from the shadows.

Daegon speaks to the elder who introduces himself as Tarandor, the knowledge keeper of Odysia. He explains to Daegon about the witch, the event that whisked the Eladrin away and what led to the banishment. He also explains that the Eladrin trapped the gods with the seal on Ki'an and finally offers to show Daegon the rest of his people, trapped within the walls of the cavern.

While Daegon rages with this newfound knowledge, he powers up a nearby gate and the group leaves Tarandor behind as they cross through to the continent of Ki'an.
