House Tuly is a noble House from The Flatlands of Tuly. Through Oslias' History, House Tuly has ruled The Flatlands from their ancestral seat, Nothurst. Following The Glynwarin War and the signing of The Treaty of Arandõr, House Tuly were made the Lord Protectorates of The Flatlands under the ruled of King Tannatar Xilrel. Now King Conon II Tuly, Lord of Nothurst and Lord Protectorate of The Flatlands, is the King of Oslias. King Conon II's father, King Wyat Tuly the Upholder, went to arms against House Arasatra during The Promised War following the assaiantion of his father, Lord Graflin II Tuly.
