The Flatlands of Tuly

The Flatlands of House Tuly are one of the twelve regions of Oslias. It is located in the middle of Oslias, bordering Khambadør's Shield, The Altar, The Duhdohrlands and Romsonee. King Conon II Tuly is the Lord of The Flatlands but has entrusted his sister, Lady Keila Corporon, née Tuly as the Lord Protectorate and Lord of Nothurst while he is in Arandõr, the Capital of Oslias.
