Rayner Tuly of House Tuly is the first man from Oslias to be The Grand Chawla, a warrior prince named to The Ivory Seven, the leaders of Zalgrodh. He obtained this position by marrying into the Royal Family of Orus. King Rayner is a masterful rider and lead his father's, King Wyat Tuly the Upholder, cavalry in The Promised War. He was a commander along with his brother, King Conon II Tuly, and Lord Rowland III Mulligan of House Mulligan, and Lord Ranaeriel IV of House Farkalyn. Rayner proved his skill as a rider and commander during the Promised War. The best example of this was in The Battle of Kvenöre's Step, when he lead a charge upon King Varitan of House Arasatra infantry leaving the Elven city of Kvenöre.
