The Promised War

The Promised War is the greatest war of After the Return of Man in Oslias. The war would be fought between the Elven House Arasatra and Human House Tuly. This war was sparked after King Nesterin of House Arasatra of House Arasatra started his reign over Oslias. King Nesterin's father, King Tamnaeth Arasatra, was beloved by his followers but was secretly training his son to be the next Lord of House Arasatra and King of Oslias. Lord Graflin Tuly of House Tuly got wind his King's creation and sought to destroy King Nesterin's heir to the throne. Lord Graflin began to create alliances with the many of the Great Houses of Oslias to create his army. However, word of this got back to King Nesterin so he ordered the assassination of Lord Graflin. The assassination of Lord Graflin inspired his son, King Wyat Tuly the Upholder, to create human army to take control of Oslias and seek revenge for their kin. There were only four serious engagements in The Promised War. The Battle of Kvenore's Step was an ambush by the troops of House Tuly lead by King Wyat and his sons, King Conon Tuly and Rayner Tuly.

Prelude

The Promise: Lord Graflin's dying words were to his son, King Wyat the Upholder, and these words inspired the future king to destroy House Arasatra. The last words were:

"My dear son, with my remaining breath in our world, I promise a great war of Oslias that will end the reign of terror started by King Nesterin. I promise that you will have the power to kill our King and our Prince. I promise you will have the power to unite an army of The Great House and The Minor House of Oslias. I promise that you will become victorious."
