Lord Graflin II of House Tuly is a former Lord of Nothurst. House Tuly is one of the five great Marked human houses of Oslias. His father is Lord Conon Tuly I of House Tuly. Lord Graflin has many connections and allies thanks to his father's past accomplishments. He is the father of King Wyat Tuly the Upholder, who became King of Oslias after winning The Promised War and Lady Leyanna Rose, née Tuly. Lord Graflin II is the namesake of his great grandfather, Lord Graflin I Tuly. The Promised War started after Lord Graflin II was assassinated by King Varitan Arasatra. He was ordered to kill the rebellious Lord by his father, King Nesterin of House Arasatra.
