Kvenöre

The ruined Elven city of Kvenöre lies in Pialamont, a small mountain range in Southern regions of The Altar. Kvenöre was the capital city of The Altar during the reign of House Arasatra, the former Kings of Oslias, but it was ruined during The Promised War after King Nesterin and King Varitan of House Arasatra created conflict in Oslias by poorly ruling their former kingdom.
