The Borough

The Borough is a down-trodden area of the city of Arandõr. It has small family owned shops along the alleys where one can get a but anything from food to low-tier adventurers gear. The Borough has a stench of stables, tanner's sheds mixed in with the smell of winesinks and whorehouses. It is a maze of twisty, unpaved alleys and cross-streets that can hide almost anyone who wishes not to be seen. Strange delicacies are created in the taverns and homes of The Borough using whatever edible ingredients found that day. Ser Teige MacRose was selected by Lord Chancellor Khilseal II Yelkrana, the Lord Chancellor of Oslias, to be the Watcher of The Borough, a position gifted to the knight for saving Lord Chancellor Khilseal II's life from a bandit on Elvenroad. Although Ser Teige was the selected official in charge of The Borough, Crysten Halton has become the peoples leader of The Borough. Crysten Halton his the head of The Blackpikes Arandõr branch. She is aided by her right hand man Ruvenael Mialee.
