Lord Chancellor of Oslias is a title given to the King of Oslias' chief advisor. The practice was regularized following The Treaty of Arandõr when power was centralized as King Tannatar Xilrel elected __ to be the first Lord Chancellor of Oslias. The title of Lord Chancellor of Oslias was mostly a title of honor given do a good friend or to settle geopolitical disputes but the role transformed into becoming the official chief advisor to the King of Oslias. During The Unseen War, The Conclave of Cérebrael was founded by Lord Chancellor Cérebrael Elunore to be a council of advisors to King Omabalar Arasatra the Mumbling King. King Omabalar would die and his heir, King Tamnaeth Arasatra, would formalize the The Conclave of Cérebrael. During The Unseen War, King Tamnaeth and Lord Chancellor Cérebrael would die. King Nesterin Arasatra, King Tamnaeth's heir, would make Lord Chancellor Khilseal II Yelkrana, King Tamnaeth's uncle, his Lord Chancellor of Oslias. Lord Khilseal II Yelkrana would continue his reign as Lord Chancellor of Oslias long after King Nesterin's death during The Promised War. King Nesterin's son, King Varitan Arasatra, would have a short reign with Lord Khilseal II as his Lord Chancellor of Oslias. Following The Promised War and the death of House Arasatra, King Wyat Tuly the Upholder named Lord Chancellor Iolas Caiynore as his Lord Chancellor of Oslias. Lord Khilseal II was killed during The Promised War during the Siege of Arandõr. Lord Chancellor Iolas Caiynore is now the Lord Chancellor of Oslias for King Conon II Tuly.
