Hector Garrapata

Garrapata was an Officer in the Coalition Military Intelligence who was revealed to have hired a Cat Burglar to steal the blueprints for Medusa’s Gaze, a weapon of mass destruction.[\p]

WMDs were illegal under the Coalition Constitution and banned by several International Agreements, signed by nearly all spacefaring civilizations in the galaxy, including Humbaba, which is the most belligerent stars system in the Milky Way.

Garrapata tried to have the burglar, Virgil, murdered to prevent him from revealing that he’d done the job of stealing the blueprints, but Virgil fled to Dionysos, where Garrapata couldn’t get to him.

Two years later, in 2954, Garrapata was responsible for testing Medusa's Gaze on Ogygia Base, killing everyone there and shortly after used it again to kill everyone aboard TCSV Odysseus which led to the ship crashing on Calypso. Killing Coalition Servicemen with an illegal WMD was only beginning of his treasonous activities. He was also caught trying to sell Medusa’s Gaze to the government on Humbaba.
