Boreas Penal Colony Number One
This is where the Trident Coalition Armed Forces sends those service members who commit serious crimes. However, some claims that under Hector Garrapata it has become his private Gulag, where he sends those that he doesn’t like. Nobody has been able to provide any evidence of this before they got sent to the penal colony.
The colony consist of the administrative section and Ice Mine Number One. The administrative section is near the surface, where the guards have their surveillance post, the office for the chief guard, the Hangar for visiting ships, and the barracks for the prisoners.
