The Treaty of the 16th

Diplomatic action

The Federation came down upon the Lion kingdom and took control quickly. They arrested Arathorn and Sador and sent them to the council in the outer realm outside of the Old Realm and issued the order for there execution. However Titus comes back into the light to rescue them yet again from the Federation by threat of death. In a climatic moment, Titus bursts into the Federations throne room and threatens the life of the Chancellor of the Old Realm Federation. There is a hostage type stand still and the Federation called upon the leaders of the Outer Realm to decide what should happen.

The Outer Realm Council was the

- Empire

- The Outer Empire Factions

- Republic of Man

- Mandalore (not at the council)

- Republic of Autamotons

- Duchy of the Aliens

They decided on the Treaty of the 16th, whereby weapons used until the 16th century would be allowed in the Old Realm as a compromise and counter to the increased magic and dragons returning to the realm. However, Arathorn and Sador would never be allowed to be kings or rulers of any kind. If that day ever happened, the Federation would consider it an act of war and send out the armies of the Council. They were able to secure this treaty because of Titus, he was the leader of the clones that saved the Old Realm once before from the encroachment of the Federation. Even tho he became a wanderer in the Old Realm, the clones where still loyal to him and almost made him a diety amongst them. They would not make a move unless Titus said so. The chancellor of the Old World Federation, Mortus was allowed to live but wanted to see the death of Arathorn, Sador and Titus. The co-Chancellor was favorable to them but still saw them as a threat to their power.
