The Lion castle went under siege while Cillian was in the castle. Thus followed a series of battles of the next several months.

The Battle of the Gungark Horde

The orcs were betrayed by Cillian as he sent them off first with no support. They were quickly slaughtered by the forces of men that defended them. The Morvain the Balcktongue was quite angered as the orcs were his children. Cillian wanted to reduce there power in the north of the map as they caused a significant threat to his rule.

He also allied with the Morrak who were promised the kingdom of Falconia upon the securing of the Lion Kingdom. Malakith wanted to use the population of the Lion Kingdom to use as forced labor in the labor camps of the Dragons. Cillian needed them for workers and wanted the people to rally behind him. Cillian was able to acquire the Thornbr. A sign of the leader of the Lion Electorate. With the Hammer he was able to ally with the elector counts who were recovering from previous battles.
