The Warriors Guild of Krakonia - WGK
Located in the Sky District of Krakonia City , The Warriors Guild of Krakonia, WGK for short, is one of the many Guilds of Krakonia that were created after The Kingdom of Krakonia was founded. The WGK focuses on the training and delegation of many warriors throughout the kingdom, acting as the main entry point for many of the jobs requiring such services, including, but not limited to, military reinforcements, private security, lifting/transport of dangerous material/gear, and gladiatorial entertainment. The latter is why the WGK founded Spintail Colosseum , a major source of income for both the WGK, as well as the kingdom itself, as it is the grandest way for normal citizens to safely witness the marvels of combat up close. The guild is currently led by Haley Spintail , war-hero of the The Unification Wars and daughter of the original founder, Horus Spintail .
The WGK is the place to go for prospective fighters in many disciplines, as it offers a free, comprehensive, basic training course for all tax-paying citizens looking to learn how to defend themselves. Despite all the socio-economic advances that have transpired within the kingdom and society as a whole since The Dawn , most citizens are still very aware of the real dangers that lurk around every corner in Requerm , so the WGK became a place where citizens could take their freedom and safety into their own hands, learning from and practicing with battle-hardened warriors in order to protect themselves and their families in the nearly inevitable event of a crisis. Additionally, members of the guild have access to a 24-hour gym, complete with all the weights and equipment one could ask for, all located next to the training yard, where duels are often held between members to quicken their growth as combatants (Training dummies are also available for those not yet ready to spar with others, or in the event that no sparring partners are available). It is common for higher-ups in the guild, Haley Spintail included, to observe the training grounds, watching for unique tactics amongst the trainees that they can then recruit for particularly specific guild missions, or at the very least learn from.
The crowning jewel of the WGK is, of course, Spintail Colosseum. Somehow managed and hosted by Haley Spintail herself, the Colosseum is the go-to place for anyone to learn the most up-to-date battle tactics from some of the strongest warriors in the kingdom. The Colosseum often hosts tournaments, where combatants with any various types of skills may participate to earn prizes and prestige, making it a popular place for anyone with violent occupations to spend time in. Notably, the Colosseum also provides many opportunities for The Hunters Guild of Krakonia(HGK) due to their involvement in Great Beast research. Additionally, the location has proved suitable for many competitions between the various Clans of Krakonia as well, allowing for the safest venue for fights to the near-death.
