This young adult woman with a long, brown ponytail wears fancy blue and purple light armor, a rapier sheathed by her side. Her Arbiter's mark, the Black Kraken, is not often visible to the naked eye, although some would know she has it underneath her armor on her back, between her shoulder blades.
Hanna Spintail is a woman with much military prestige, having become Lieutenant General of The Kraken's Reach Army Branch at an impressively young age. She has the authority to lead squads of the military on her own, which in these times of relative peace she uses mostly for defense, watching the borders of Krakonia for any potential trouble.
Hanna Spintail was born to a peasant family shortly before The Unification Wars , but before she was capable of forming long term memories, she and her older sister, Haley Spintail , lost their parents in a bandit raid and were nearly sold into slavery before a Krakonian militia led by General Horus Spintail routed the bandits and rescued the victims. After her older sister begged to be trained by the general, the two sisters were officially adopted and given Horus Spintail's surname. Hanna Spintail spent the rest of her childhood in the shadows of her sister's many successes, and was inspired by the way she could fight bad guys with a smile on her face. When Hanna was old enough to follow in her sister's footsteps, she too was trained by her father and entered the military in the later years of the Unification Wars. While she was unable to reach the same level of prestige as her older sister, she was still able to leave an impression on many of the military leaders as a natural born leader, able to rally troops in the face of near-certain defeat. After the war, when The Kraken's Reach was officially formed, she earned the title of Lieutenant General as the youngest person to be awarded the rank.
There were discussions amongst the military elites that considered promoting Hanna Spintail to that of Supreme Commander after her father retired, but ultimately the role was taken by another trusted ally with more experience, a homo sapiens man by the name of Robert Whitrock . Hanna Spintail instead was given leadership over border control, watching the kingdom's borders for any potential trouble. She is therefore typically on the move, consistently patrolling the roads and checking in with each outpost along the border. In the short periods of time where she is within the kingdom's capital, she can usually be found in Spintail Colosseum with her sister and/or father, watching over the training of the next generation of warriors. She is known for taking her job seriously, rarely speaking at ease, although it is clear she would be far nicer to those she interacted with if it were professional to do so, treating everyone she speaks to with respect, including her subordinates. She has made it known that her beliefs are that her troops are more likely to do as she asks if they respect and admire her as a person rather than a boss, although that hasn't stopped her from scolding and punishing those that deserve it.
