The central compound has a wall built around it, finished by the end of July 1SY. The wall is made of steel sheets, flipped cars and other available matierals from in and around the compound.
Behind the metal wall, a second wall constructed of stone and brick recovered from nearby buildings by the Recovery Department is being worked on, but is nowhere near finished by September 1SY.

The CEF had several buildings and complexes across the 4km2 farm, including ARC Biotech, Building 3; The Main Dairy Barn Building 88; and the National Headquarters Complex for the Agriculture Portfolio.Post-Storm
The Carpenter Shed, Building 98 was modifed into a large scale blacksmiths and woodshop. It produced and maintained the tools used by the Livestock and Agricultre Departments, and the weaponry of the Recovery Department. Most of the farm's fields remained in use by the MECC, growing food crops for the compound.Guilds and Factions

Victor St-Martin, the acting Minister of the MECC, led a colony of survivors who all followed the same green polotical ideology to the CEF. Before long, they had established a working goverment under First Minister St-Martin and the MECC began to grow.
