Appointment
According to the MECC Charter of Responsibilities, an election is held by the Minister's Council every 5 years to elect a new First Minister.
Duties
The First Minister is the Head of State and Government for the MECC, and is the Leader of the MECC Compound. They are responsible for the formation of the Minister's Council, and guiding the Mecks into a safer, greener future.
History
Post-Storm
Victor St-Martin gave himself the title of First Minister after the collapse of the government when MECC became an independent faction. As First Minister, Victor wrote the MECC Charter of Responsibilities, which acts as the ruling document of MECC.Notable Holders
