Jal-Nalir
Mhadan is one of two current Jal-Nalir, a general of the infantry and of the Itoqir broadly of Korzhûn. She also currently oversees the Qalir, Mulir, and Razakir due to those divisions not having a Jal of their own; likewise she oversees the Shogu Holding in conjunction with its Chief Warden, Orihne Basania. In this fashion, along with her more corrupt peer Jal-Nalir Seimbru Telbannor she is the de-facto leader of the Itoqir.
She is one of the few ranking officers to have both survived the War of the Six and remain on active duty. Additionally, she is one of the few such ranking officers to be regarded with genuine respect and considered to be effective at her job, as well as uncorrupt.

Identifying Characteristics
Left ear nearly missing, rough gouge of a scar on left side of head. Her marks of Ctho are those of a penecta, including amber and burnt orange scales and feathers framing her face. Her scarred hands are also somewhat scaled and her nails are thick and somewhat talon-like.

War veteran. In particular, conceived, ordered, and led the Tubisqu Rout in the War of the Six as a key defense against the Host of Selephise -- an action made especially notable for it being one of the few major movements made without the involvement of the Chief Warmaster Xocis Bu'ran, Assistant-Warmaster Devatska Acosaphaura, or Tothjal Terbias Cuun.
