Mulir (Mull-EER)

The Mulir are an internal military division of the Itoqir consisting of scouts, couriers, assassins, combat engineers, and other light-combat roles. They do not typically report to a Jal of their own, instead being overseen by the Jal-Nalir who issues orders through the Eba-Mulir. Although there are usually five Eba-Mulir, currently there are two -- Fimon Nev and Sandasferohi Yicye. They are currently overseen by Jal-Nalir Madan Ghuzneind. Additionally, there are currently three of Prisa rank.
They are typically armed with shortswords or twin long daggers, though they have extensive additional equipment depending on their specialization:

Spies/Assasins: gullycrab claw

Their flag is a modification of the Itoqir's: an ochre vertical rectangle bordered in gold, with a red, four-winged drake centralized beneath a hollow golden sun, in the center of which are two crossed long daggers.
