Orihne Basania (Or-REEN Bah-SAHN-ya)
Chief Warden
Orihne is the former Jal-Nalir of the Itoqir of Korzhûn, having been the successor of Terbias Cuun when he became the Tothjal of the Golden Itoqir during the War of the Six.
She is also the mother of Scedal Basania, who was a Titan of the Host of Selephise during the war -- knowing that his spite for her was a primary driver behind his decision to go to the other side of the war, and guilt over his subsequent suicide at the conflict's end, she stepped down from the position and after a period of mourning, reconnected with her passion for guiding young people and became the Chief Warden of the local Shogu Holding as a means to redeem what she felt to be a sin on her part.
Her husband Delenien, a shipwright working in the Mother's Bosom, died in an accident there in 985AC. Her daughter Ruta died in the Battle at the Qos Spear; she is now the custodian of Ruta's young son, Ryuut.
