The Five Realms of Man

The Coastal Realm is along the western coast of the Bright Lands. It is made up by five duchies carved out of the wilderness over three centuries ago, when humans first arrived on this continent. While Men have claimed the coastal realms as their own, there is still much untamed wilderness within this region. The coastline claimed as part of these realms is estimated to span some 2000 miles, not counting inlets and bays.
The Realms of Man stretch along the western coast of the Bright Lands, and is divided into five realms;

• The Duchy of Frostryme is the northernmost Realm of Man.
• The Duchy of Berelond is a major grain producer.
• The Duchy of Dalishae is the central Realm of Man.
• The Duchy of Vindemia is renowned for its wine.
• The Duchy of Fellmire is the southernmost Realm of Man.
