Dalishine

The residents of Dalishae Duchy are widely varied in their hair and eye colors. While paler skin tones are prevalent, darker tones are not uncommon. The Dalishine culture promotes education in all walks of life, and thus the population is often quite inquisitive. They are also viewed to be resilient from centuries of being engaged, in war or politics, with the elves of Elfwood.
