Catastrophe Dragon

Catastrophe dragons are a species of dragon, and one of the seventeen primary dragon types.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Catastrophe dragons have the basic anatomy as any dragon. Their appearance can vary depending on which natural disaster they can sense/are connected with, however. Earthquake dragons are similar to rock dragons, volcanic dragons have lava flowing down their sides, and tsunami dragons are similar to ooze dragons.

Genetics and Reproduction

Dragons reproduce sexually.

Ecology and Habitats

Catastrophe dragons' habitat depends on the type. Volcanics will live close to volcanoes, tsunami dragons live in the ocean, etc.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Diet depends on type, though in most cases, catastrophe dragons are carnivores.

Behaviour

Catastrophe dragons, while somewhat gloomy and pessimistic, are a species of dragon that like to help people, and genuinely care about others' well-being. They have the ability to sense natural disasters and try to provide a warning beforehand. Unfortunately, there's a misconception that catastrophe dragons cause the natural disaster in the first place. This often leads to them getting hostility or being chased away. They get along best with cloud dragons, as well as storm, fire, and electric dragons.
