This really reflects how sorcerers should be powerful but slightly unstable, if not outright chaotic. Would a successful transfusion leave the patient unable to access their sorcerer powers?
Possibly, or a very diluted or weakened version of it. At least in a less critical condition.
I fear the curing of the blood will not be enough via blood transfusion. As the deterioration will most likely have its core at bone marrow. This means that the poor sorcerer will generate more of the deteriorated blood after the transfusion. And it also explains how the bones could straight up liquidify ._. This is a scary condition. And I wonder if it could be caused by some evil force cursing sorcerer's bloodline in the past or present.
Oh dear! That sounds scary! I love this is handled as a physical disease! Magic deteriation is often so magical and out of physicality, this is cool!

Awesome work man, and super quick. As someone who frequently plays a sorceror, I cant imagine how scary it is to realize your blood is working against you, and usually my characters have no idea what's going on anyway XD
