    The Deep Sleep

    When the Long Winter came, the Ursine moved en mass into deep and secret caves in the Pale. There they fell into a communal slumber, supposedly aided by Ïs, the Patron God of their people. When the Dwarves mined into the lowest point of the mountain, they rose the Ursine, and their sleep finally ended.

The Elder Age

1 - 1000

The period starting with The Long Winter, The Elder Age is the longest in terms of recorded histories and it is when proper civilizations began to rise.

    A period of time of chaotic environmental hazards that lasted nearly a century. Though some of the time was gloomy and cold, the period includes acid rains, changed colors in the heavens, and poisoned coasts and waters, particularly in the East and North regions.

    Tieflings Appear on the Continent
    Population Migration / Travel

    Compared to other histories, it is at this moment that Maerifa (the first of the Tieflings) is believed to have first walked into the great Ravine of Old Shell.

The Heirloom

1001 - 1350

The time when 'City Races' really begin to stand out, establishing themselves as powerful forces. The Era is also known as the 'Rise of Cities'.

The Age of War

1351 - 1508

Now that many of the city races have established themselves firmly, numerous wars of conquest and territory follow suit.

The Bloody Peace

1509 - 1617

For a time, no large scale conflicts take place. However, small scale skirmishes still occur. This age typically begins with Xiafeng, The First.

The Reclamation

1618 - 1630 (Present)

This is our current age, marked by some as a moment of defiance, reformation, and innovation all over the continent from all races.

    The Founding of Hannish Parliament
    Political event

    After an arduous process of assertions, skirmishes, and debates, the Hance Monarchy is declared dissolved by the Halflings, replaced by a Parliament as the governing body of Hance. This is seen as a turning point in history, as soon other peoples would feel entitled to fight for their own agency in the world.
