Khegdo Windprow
First Sea Lord
Khegdo Windprow is First Sea Lord of the Imperial Navy of the Cerulean Empire, reporting only to the Emperor himself. He also oversees the Cerulean Army, and it's leader, Sir Raimond Longbrand reports to Khegdo.
This tough half-orc is in charge of the Imperial fleets and takes his job very seriously. He is a member of the Cerulean Senate, but prefers the deck of a ship to the council chambers of Castle Teraknian.
Windprow is an astute sailor and strategist and is leading the current effort to curb the excursions of the Hold of the Sea Princes.
His ship, Procan's Grace, is one of the finest Galleons on the seas, and the sight of it on the horizon sets pirates to fleeing.
Appearance and Mannerisms
First Sea Lord Windprow is a no-nonsense Captain, who does not suffer fools gladly. He will dish out punishments freely to those he considers not pulling their weight aboard ship. His years aboard ocean-going vessels have given him a slightly swaying walk when on solid land, and indeed, he is never in the best of moods when the sea is not beneath his feet. He wears a deep red beret adorned with two parrot tail feathers, and a long leather frock coat, making him stand out from the uniformed sailors of the Navy's crews.Notable Achievements
Many are the sea battles that the Imperial Navy has won under Windprow's leadership. He seems to possess some preternatural ability to see a naval battlefield as w hole, accounting for tides, currents, and shoals, as well as the ships involved - he is a strategic genius. Perhaps surprisingly, Windprow was once the Imperial champion at King's Gambit, an ancient board game of strategy.
