E4 Pulse Carbine
An example of an Altean Army engineered weapon, the E4 pulse carbine is a maigun designed by Damon for use against Angor's Diezens, most notably Diezen mechans. What differentiates the E4 from other types of maigun found elsewhere is that instead of a focused, round barrel akin to those found in firearms, it has a thin rectangular barrel ten inches tall and an inch wide. The whole weapon is cased in a thin altanite casing, with the working internals being carved stone and Life Vines. A foot long charge clips in as a power supply, though larger supplies with a cable feed exist. It is designed to fire a concentrated pulse of maiga capable of punching through steel with ease and disrupting systems behind armour, which the tall profile of the shot aids with, cutting through life vine cabling and even maiga harnesses. Due to the materials, it is immensely heavy for its size and is very difficult if not impossible for human use.
