Maiga Harness
A complex device that would barely fit in a person's chest, a Maiga harness is a device used to perpetually fuel Mechans with ambient Maiga rather than needing to switch out large Charges. The main reasons these harnesses aren't used for other applications are their difficulty of manufacture due to their largely metal composition, their large size combined with a relatively low power output, being no more powerful than needed to operate an Altean Army or Diezen mechan.
Manufacturing
Heavy metalwork is required to engineer the rotary disks that channel the Maiga through a harness, which requires precise, painstaking work to accomplish successfully. Even a minor error may cause the harness to seize up or lack the efficiency to be self sufficient, leading to mechans shutting down shortly after being booted up.

It is composed of a small charge to act as a combination spark plug/battery that starts numerous rotary disks that channel Maiga inward toward the mechan's Matrix Maigum. From there, the Maiga carries signals throughout the mechan's body much like a nervous system. Once started, a Maiga harness is fully self sustaining.
