Kingsrest Deep

Deep within the Dreuthekon Mountains, somewhere between Kiernheim Pass and Ruins of Khardin, lies a final resting place for Khadric kings from the days before Trilliodorus Naltryhim first put pen to scroll. Rumored to lie below the murky waters of Drowned Lake, its entrance has been lost to the sands of time. Within the mead halls of New Kharolin, bards still tell of the splendor of these tombs. Exquisite sculptures painstakingly carved from marble over many lifetimes, it is said that their beauty has never been replicated. Those same bards warn, however, that Kharl himself has placed a mighty guardian over the tombs to protect the souls of the kings - and the legendary treasures buried with them - from the prying machinations of mortals.
