He Traveled Away

Edits & Such Will Occur After Summer Camp Ceremony On August 26th

He traveled away away away
To brighter days some days away
Came back to stay that day that day
And everything changed that day that day
The comet was high up in the sky
All of stars they shined so bright
Magic filled the world that night
And everything changed that night that night
Monsters and beasties filled the crown
Came through the portals up in town
Everyone shouted and fell down
Yes they fell down and down and down
The portals all went up in flame
Every beast it did the same
Some people still remained
From that day the magic came
But he traveled away away away
With the night's flames away away
But he didn't stay that day that day
And everything changed that day that day
Each night the comet's in the sky
And all of stars they shine so bright
Find your love ones hold them tight
Else everything's gone that night that night

Summary

When the Magic Implosion rocked the land, it left more questions than answers.   In Grimgate, formally known as the Worldgate, the outpour of magic flooded the portals. People were traveling to unknown and otherworldly locations.   Soon, unfamiliar creatures crept into the Claw Continent. Terrible forces followed as well.   To keep the town safe, the portals were destroyed. As the fires burned down the garden portal at the center of the Portal Masters' Suite, the Night of a Thousand Strokes painted the night's sky.   On the anniversaries that followed, disappearances of townsfolk shook Grimgate until only several dozen Grimmers remained.

Spread

As new geysers flooded the world with magic, the world plummeted into chaos. Initially, there was no space for news beyond your front door.   However, the Worldgate was the largest teleporation hub on the Claw Continent. In due time, the news of its destruction traveled like wildfire, all thanks to this children's song.
