Sarran

Sarran is city located in Banpour, in The Silver Mounds, and functions primarily as a hub of industry and mining for the nation. It shares a border with Felize, The Clay Wastes, and Wildwood Boneyard, making it an important strategic location for the Savaarsena in defending from Orc and Hobgoblin invasions. Sarran enjoys a close relationship with Felize, particularly Coupon and Garou, and has a sizeable Fel population that live there as immigrants. While Banpour is less welcoming to Elf immigrants than neighboring Felize, there are a number of them that operate as silver trade workers and live within the borders of the city.

History

Sarran rose to prominence after The Sacking of Banpour, which forced the nation to abandon The City of Banpour and led to Sarran becoming the new capital. During the 21 year period of wilder occupation, the people of Banpour were able to gather the numbers and weaponry needed to retake the captured city, heavily fortifying Sarran in the process, and establishing it forevermore as a bastion for humanity to fall back on in their darkest hours.
