Utzo
Utzo is a goblinkin, from the Shadowside tribes on the Sea of Black Ice near Torik. He has been the constant companion to Annika Lux since they met nearly 30 years ago during Annika's global travels.
Unlike the twilight goblins of Motu and The Dawncrags, Utzo stands at an imposing 7 feet tall, and his body is covered in the thick white furs common to his kind.
He appears brutish, and will often act so in front of strangers, or those he considers threats to himself or Annika - Utzo is in fact a gentle and protective soul. He rarely speaks, but when he does so he reveals a wisdom that defies his rough exterior, and those close to Annika have noted that Utzo's calm thoughtfulness is an effective foil to Annika's tendency for rash confrontation.
Having said that though, he has been known to crack skulls most effectively when required, and even if he apoligises as he does so, those who are on the receiving end rarely risk repeating the experience.

Tall and muscular and covered in thick white fur - typical of the goblinkin from the Sea of Black Ice.

Holds himself with hunched shoulders, attempting to be less conspicuous than he is.
Apparel & Accessories
While he doesn't really need to dress for warmth due to his naturally thick furs, Utzo does wear Protectorate style clothing in order to fit in as best he can.

Motivation
Utzo is extremely loyal to Annika and his primary motivation is to support her and protect her both from her obvious enemies, but also from those around her who seek to push her into riskier actions.
Likes & Dislikes
Having grown up on the Sea of Black Ice, Utzo dearly misses the clear night skies of his youth staring up at the NightBridge and the many stars above. Despite this, he remains enamoured of the sun, and will often be found on the balconies of the Steam House gazing quietly at the Sun low on the western horizon.

History
Annika met Utzo during her travels to Torik. He had become outcast from his clan for reasons he has never revealed. She found him near death and saved him. He has been her loyal companion ever since. Rumours and innuendo abound, some believing their relationship more than just friends. Neither Annika or Utzo will comment on such conjecture.
