Allura

The city of Allura is located at the southern base of the Brileche Mountains, along some wooded hills. It's opposite to the windward side of the mountains, giving it a milder seasonal climate. At the heart of the city is the Allura Palace, a small castle from before the Caithilia Collapse with tall domed towers and white bricks. Surrounding it are wood and brick houses and shops, with some open spots where they've been deconstructed, which transition into outer farming areas. The entirety of Allura is surrounded by a bulwark with clear sections of damage since repaired.
Allura's main sources of commerce are its orchard farms, especially for Nayran fruit, and its artisan groups specializing in woodcarving and masonry. However, Allura has mostly relied on its large ancestral wealth stored from before the collapse, and by making alliances with other elven states.
The city was founded around a century before the Collapse, as a part of the Anoren kingdom. When war between the elven empires began, Allura isolated itself, managing to hold on to much of its resources throughout the Collapse. In recent centuries, war began between some other remnant elven city states, which would lead to Allura loosing its King, Arel. The Queen, Faelyn, arranged a marriage between one of her youngest daughters, Princess Raine, and Prince Algoth from the city state Stjerne to form an alliance. The queen has largely resigned her role to her eldest daughter, Princess Maevre. This, in addition to the disappearance of Raine and Algoth, has greatly damaged Allura's reputation, and put it's dwindling amount of resources at risk.
