Seaway

Once upon a time a family could drive along the road residing next to Lake Ontario and take in all the sights, stores, and fresh air. That time has long come and pass. Now the area sparks conflict as sides fight for the bridge connecting Irene's Decoy and North Web. The militaristic community of North Web use Fort Seaway as a base for keeping a watchful eye over the heavily disputed landmark. The fort was constructed by blockading the road with a wall made of scrap metals and timber and connecting nearby houses together in similar fashion.

Demographics

The Fort is made up solely of military personnel.

Government

The settlement is run like a boot-camp; Always preparing and always prepared. Chores are distributed among the new(er) recruits, rations are distributed equally, and everything is run on a tight schedule. While concerns can be brought up at appropriate times, the Generals have the final say and don't take lightly to back-talk.

Defences

The fort is constructed of salvaged metals and timber. A wall was constructed to protect the road. A few watchtowers were raised to help spot incoming offenses.

Infrastructure

The holding has a few watchtowers, outhouses, and cleared out walking paths for service animals and people. The road leading up to the base from the east is cleared and cuts through the base. The road beyond is less cared for but any growing vegetation is cut down as to not give any advantage to enemies from the west.

Guilds and Factions

Fort Seaway is controlled by the local government.

History

Fort Seaway was erected overtime as the battles between North Web and Irene's Decoy became more and more severe. Originally it was only a house to used for planning attacks. Shortly after a road blockade was constructed to impede advances and the rest grew out from there.
