No one messes with General Gypsy. A no-nonsense military woman in command of Seaway's formidable military community. She ranks highest in the chain of Generals at Seaway, pulled up by her own bootstraps and motivated by the memory of her military father.
Although she is the highest ranking General at Seaway, Gypsy is a perfectionist and she does not understand the art of delegation. She constantly shoulders burdens and tasks that would otherwise go to her subordinates, knowing that she will do it the right way. But no one challenges her on this; she's not often wrong.
A brilliant strategist and military thinker, Gypsy has been planning an attack on the Lock across the land bridge between North Web and Irene's Decoy. This plan has been years in the making, and she's almost ready to put it into motion...
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
General Gypsy is a taller than average woman, healthy, and built to survive conflict. She is skilled in hand-to-hand combat, with the strength to back it up.
Identifying Characteristics
Dark brown hair, always pulled into a military bun. Wears a rosary necklace given to her by her father.
Apparel & Accessories
Dark gray military uniform, occasionally a bulletproof vest. Combat boots, gloves (when weather appropriate).
Specialized Equipment
.22 caliber semi-auto rifle. Reflective sunglasses (theorized to defend against possessions from Irene).

Personal history
Gypsy takes after her father in many ways. He was a straight-laced military man, attempting to hold together some semblance of order and virtue in the face of the apocalypse. She never knew her mother, told that she died during childbirth.
Gypsy was trained by her father from the young age of 7, instilled with military values and a similar desire to see the chaos of the world brought back into order. She became an expert shot from a very young age, preferring semi-automatic weaponry. They joined a military convoy when she was 13, and arrived in the Rocpocalypse by the time she turned 15. A group of 20 military folk decided to set up camp in the North Web, at the location that would soon become known as Seaway, and recruit from the surrounding community, so Gypsy and her father stayed with them.
At this military outpost, Gypsy was tasked with maintaining the defensive barriers around the camp. She did her job well, joined overtime by a handful of recruits. To her dismay, these recruits did not take this job as seriously as she did, and she often found herself redoing their work, patching holes that should have already been fixed and correcting other mistakes.
One night, a group of possessed warriors from the C-Breeze military post attacked their outpost, and Gypsy's father was killed in the fight. She blamed the shoddy defenses erected by the recruits, and knew that her father would still be alive if she had done it herself.
After that battle, the "Renies" from C-Breeze became much more hostile as they recognized the military force at Seaway as a legitimate threat. This started a long war between the Districts of North Web and Irene's Decoy, continuing to this day. And Gypsy stands at the center of it, fueled by the need for vengeance and a desire to solve this conflict, once and for all. The right way.
Education
Never received formal education. Father educated her in military tactics and procedure from the age of 7.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Rose through the ranks as the military force at Seaway grew, attaining position of General at the age of 28. Defended Seaway from countless attacks from the Renies.
Failures & Embarrassments
Has never launched a success campaign to capture the Lock; all attempts (there have been several) have been met with failure.
Intellectual Characteristics
Straightforward, black-and-white sense of morality. Very intelligent, but does not flaunt it. Takes down dissenting arguments and viewpoints with startling efficiency.
