Yarrow Valley
The Yarrow valley lies in the southern land of Doria, where the Yarrow river winds down from the Palantars and then into the Bryn River. The Yarrow valley is well known to be the origin of some of the oldest known tribes in the Doric region, such as the Eiaa and the Caenan people who would go on to found the Caenan Kingdom that would precede the Kingdom of Doria and the modern Grand Duchy of Canyndor.
The valley itself widens as it lowers into the Greater Bryn Valley, becoming a tributary to the Bryn. It begins in the crags and cliffs of the Palantars before slowly descending into the foothills in the middle section of the valley. Upstream of where the Tila river meets with the Yarrow, the valley finally settles into rolling landscapes more suitable to mass agriculture.
The valley is home to some of the most important and populous settlements in the Doric region, notably the capital of Canyndor, others include: Eidehn, Pradka, Pilkala, Malkara, Paybridge, Yartama and Kattori.
