After the fall of the Barons in February of 1800, Therris quickly moved their army into relief efforts for the city. They put full effort into squashing the rest of the Galvas family soldiers, as well as rebuilding the city from the ground up with a much more conscious effort to listen to the needs of the general populace. The largest changes that were instituted by Therris were the destruction of the walls that separated the three tiers of the city, and redistribution of the wealth within the manors to repairing the city.
