The attached document is a copy of a letter we intercepted from Jennifer M.C. Jager (person 1) to J. de Chevalrier de l'eau (person 2).

SUMMARY

Person 1 warns Person 2 about a possible course towards piracy by R.A. Oak (see also case: 8.2-435/7AB)
Person 1 tells about possible actions to be taken against R.A. Oak.

DECISION

No action to be taken.

EXPLENATION

Eventho in the past it was of the interest of the Nation to assist the known pirate R.A. Oak. This time it is not.

ADVICE

Continue monitoring the situation regarding R.A. Oak. If R.A. Oak comes into the care of Person 1, the situation will need to be re-evaluated.

Dear friend,

It's been a long time since your last letter, I'm sorry you had to wait so long for a response. How are your new ships, the Saint George of Lydda class if I'm correctly informed?

Unfortunatly I have to write you about an unpleasant matter. The lady Rosalind Abigail Oak, former pirate captain, (It even disgusts me to having to write that) has met up with former assosiates of her. And according to my sources they are building a new ship to go pirating again.

Rose was always a problem, she came to our care late. When there was trouble she was always invloved. Absolutely refuses to listen to authority. It took a great deal of effort from us to make her atleast behave like the noble lady she (unfortunatly) is.

But I cannot allow such disreputable behavour as pirating, and therefore write to you, so your organisation can end this before it starts. And if you're able can you deliver Rose back into my care? She's still the only decended of the House of Holland, and I also cannot go against the principle goal of my order. I will lock her in a tower in the castle here untill she produces offspring.

If you're unable to keep Rosalind alive, please make sure that you get her ring. I will find a baby somewhere and tell everyone it's hers. A woman with the morals of a pirate, nobody will question it.

Rose looked surprised at her phone, that was Richard, the last timed he contacted her they lost the Sunset Dawn.
