Plonen
Descended from the Gigantir, these beings are extremely tough and physically powerful. Moderately intelligent and communal, they make their communities far from man whenever possible. They are very skilled in metal work and enchantments.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Thickly muscled bipedal being, with a single circular eye in the center of the forehead. A single curved horn adorns the forehead above the eye.
Growth Rate & Stages
Reaches sexual maturity and is able to reproduce at around the age of 30 years. At 60 years females enter menopause, and males lose virility at around 90 years.
Ecology and Habitats
Live near bodies of water, often on islands. They favor a more temperate climate and build large single or two room long homes to keep their animals inside at night, mostly goat, sheep, and cows. Usually a days walk from the next nearest family.
Dietary Needs and Habits
They eat meat and cheese, drink milk, pickle vegetables, and ferment fruit.

Live in small familial groups of a male and female with children, up to three generations together.

Live all throughout the Sostaut Sea in coastal plains and plateaus, and near the base of mountains.
