The City of Lights

A bright city that is primarily home to Imbued. There are also significant gracekin and fey populations as well. While Brightling is the term used to refer to anyone who is from The Slumbering Isles, the correct term is Languidian. Brightlings, properly, refer to the imbued who established the city not long after The Invasion of the Planes, and their lineage.

Tourism

This is a beloved vacation destination for short stays to see the sights or longer visits to explore the sights and wonders of the area around it.

Architecture

The buildings of the city are constructed with stones that have fluorescent properties. The crystal used for windows and ornamentation have prismatic structures. During the day, this gives the city a rainbow kaleidoscope coloring, and at night it has a soft glow with well placed crystal decorations that artistically bend the light to create works of art.

Geography

Oceanside with gentle rolling hills. During the day the city is a beautiful spectrum of colors that engineers have worked to make a living, shifting work of art. At night, the glow of the fluorescent materials give the city a cool glow of blues, greens, and purples with light artwork scattered throughout.
