Sandwater Mountains

The Sandwater Mountains are a formidable range that stretches across the southern portion of Leryia. They form a natural barrier, separating the lush, tropical regions of the continent from the arid expanse of the Sea of Sand. The mountains are a rugged and unforgiving landscape, with towering peaks, deep valleys, and treacherous cliffs.
The eastern side of the range is characterized by a network of caves and tunnels, including the mysterious Cavern of the Lost, the treacherous Greenby Cavern, and the hidden oasis of Leetos Hollow. These subterranean passages offer a glimpse into the mountain's ancient history and are home to a variety of creatures, both mundane and magical.
The western side of the range is a stronghold of the dwarven people. Three thriving dwarven settlements are nestled within the mountains, carved into the living rock. These settlements are renowned for their skilled miners and craftsmen, who extract valuable minerals and metals from the depths of the earth.
