Lismett Grasslands
The Lismett Grasslands are a vast expanse of rolling plains, stretching from the base of the Sandwater Mountains to the shores of Brightwater Lake. The grasslands are separated from the dense Narona Rainforest to the north by the mighty Dread River. The climate here is warm and tropical, with distinct wet and dry seasons.
During the wet season, the grasslands are a vibrant tapestry of green, dotted with colorful wildflowers. A variety of grazing animals, such as antelope, zebra, and wildebeest, roam the plains in large herds. Predators like hyenas and jackals prowl the grasslands, hunting for their next meal. The skies above are filled with soaring birds of prey, such as eagles and hawks.
The Lismett Grasslands are home to two significant settlements: Vasiki and Grimshear. Vasiki, a small town nestled on the shores of Brightwater Lake, is known for its fishing industry and its serene beauty. Grimshear, located on the banks of the Dread River, is a small fishing hamlet.
