An elf from Sirasea the Elf Compound, Ladore gained a reputation amongst his fellow classmates as someone who was a bit full of himself but could be depended upon in a fight.

Personal history
Born to a mother Jalia, who had links to the founding of The City of Beltin and father Donheros, who immigrated from Thialascian at the age of one hundred and nine Ladore spent his first century behind the stone walls of the Sirasea the Elf Compound. He was taught by the best tutors on the compound sanctioned by The Council of Advancement and Awareness for his first fifty years and from there spent his time focusing on learning combat skills and healing magics and practical healing as well. All that he wanted was to be able to get into The Academy and join the ranks of the The Division. Not many elves ventured into hallowed halls of the three-story stone building but Ladore wanted to change that. The elves in the city were the only ones who used and worked with magic making them the only ones who could use healing magic in the field.
In his youth Ladore loved to listen to the stories his father would tell him about his former home on Almelar Island. To the young elf, the island sounded like paradise. As he aged though the tone of the stories changed, no longer did he hear of the fantastical adventures his father went on. Instead, he was told of how his family was wiped out during The War of Shattered Souls and lost everything. Leaving Donheros as a child of the island and no family name, Ladore learned of how the high elves lost so much of themselves thanks to radicals within their enemies camp. The young elf was never sure what to make of his father's ramblings, as he got older the Alchemist seemed to show less and less love for his adopted country. Blaming them for not stepping in and stopping the radicals from destroying so many.
His mother Jalia brought a different perspective to his life, she was also an alchemist but since she had grown up in Beltin she held no ill will against the people of Rycrioun. She taught her son how to make healing potions and the minor healing magics she knew herself. This sparked a deep love within Ladore. Once he could leave the compound around the age of forty-five he watched as those who were a part of the Division come back from missions battered and bruised and wondered to himself why they didn't seem to use and of the clerics within Sirasea. He talked to a few members here and there and learned that not everyone was adept at using the arcane arts, especially those meant to heal others. He then made a decision, to join the ranks of the Division and bring his knowledge of healing magic to them.
Once in the Academy at the age of 108 Ladore excelled easily at everything except making friends; many of his classmates saw him as an out of touch show off given how much older he was than all of them. They even gave him a nickname Ladry. He hatted it with every fiber of his being, not only were his classmates not taking him seriously they are also treating him with disrespect. The more he complained the more they taunted, he knew that if he were to complain to the teachers that that would only intensify the mockery. He settled for showing his classmates how much value he could bring to the organization. A few months into his time at the Academy Ladore was placed in a new class that had his only friend Arthur Finore in it.
The two were introduced by Arthur's father; an immigrant wood elf from the Maenor Tribe who would bring Arthur and his older brother Asher to Sirasea to train. Ladore was initially wary of the two half-elves but his own father was fond of their father Caresta and they soon began to train together. Being placed in Arthur's class gave Ladore a new start; Arthur showed the rest of the young Operatives what Ladore had to offer. The other students didn't fully warm up to the elf but with Arthur's help Lardore was taken more seriously and able to show his abilities with healing magics.When it came time for Ladore to be placed on a team he was happy to find himself on a team with Arthur; the third member of their group was Ryia Crewe with their team lead being Amelia Drake.
