Her Grace, Grand Duchess Tatyana of House Nosov, is the ruler of the Grand Duchy of Novaya. Tatyana was born in Trigorod in 173IE to Grand Duke Vladislav Nosov.

Personal history
The sole surviving heir of House Nosov after the deaths of her twin older brothers in the Second War for the Frontier, Tatyana spent her teenage years being prepared for the rigors of leading a nation.
Reign
Following the death of her father, Vladislav of House Nosov, Tatyana took the throne at the age of 21, finding herself ruling at a time that the Holzreich threatened the borders of the Grand Duchy.
Immediately after ascending the throne, Tatyana set about establishing what would later become known in Novaya as the 'Long Peace' with Holzreich. Tatyana was able to find herself an audience with Heinrich Prager, brother of Konig Albert Prager to solidify a lasting peace between the two nations. Many Novayans were displeased with what they viewed as a policy of appeasement that would never last, believing that the Reich was manipulating the Grand Duchess for their own ends. Despite this, Tatyana maintained ties with Heinrich with the pair being credited with brokering a seemingly impossible peace.
Additionally, Tatyana holds a keen interest in Novayan folklore, reflected by her support for Alina Petrovsky and the University of the Occult in Trigorod.
After seven years of maintaining the peace through shrewd diplomacy, the duchess was unable to prevent the outbreak of the Third War for the Frontier in 201IE.
