Heinrich Prager was the brother of Konig Albert Prager.

Personal history
Heinrich Adolphus Prager was the younger brother of the present Konig of the Reich, Albert Prager. He was ten years younger than his brother and was born at the end of a famine that was a difficult period for the residents of the Reich. His birth, therefore, was seen as fortuitous; he grew to become a popular figure among the citizenry and is renowned for his extroverted and generous nature.
Free from the pressures of being in the direct line of succession, Heinrich had a friendly demeanor in contrast to the stern nature of his older brother. The brothers possess a strong bond; in private, the Konig once joked their respective personalities were better suited to “he being the king, and I the bureaucrat.”
Though popular among his own people, Heinrich’s rambunctiousness had been a source of diplomatic tension over the years. The dwarves and Novayans regard him with less warmth – one in a string of faux pas saw him call a group of Novayan nobles a family of "cabbage farmers in a land of no renown." Notably however, Heinrich boasted a uniquely strong relationship with Grand Duchess Tatyana Nosov, with many attributing the long peace between the Grand Duchy of Novaya and Holzreich to their friendship.
In 201IE, Heinrich was assigned the task of being sent to the front to bolster the morale of the Reich’s troops. On the way, he stopped at the Stag brewery for the launch of their Premier beer. This presented the opportunity to improve his standing among the dwarves, as a group from Khel Doran was also in attendance.
Heinrich was assasinated at the Stag Brewery in 201IE. It is rumoured that the highwayman Martin Mravec and Major Maria Teybar, whomst were reportedly part of his entourage, were involved.
